This high-quality oven is handmade in a traditional dome-shaped design from refractory clay. It is coated with layers of insulation and refractory mortar to ensure that it has excellent heat retention and is capable of reaching the necessary high temperatures within while retaining a safe external temperature.
Besides being a practical solution to outdoor cooking, the pizza oven is stylish and will enhance your outdoor space. With heavy-duty cast iron doors and a real brick tunnel, this oven is a very attractive feature. There is a flue with an adjustable valve and an external temperature gauge on the side so that you can monitor temperatures as high as 500ºC.
In addition to cooking items such as pizza, the oven can be used for slow cooking and is large enough to accommodate several cooking vessels. Pasta bakes, casseroles and even breads can all be cooked. There is a hole in the door and a spit support inside, allowing you to use a manual oven spit if you would like to spit roast joints of meat, a couple of chickens or even a suckling pig.
It is important to use dry firewood in your Mediterrani Royal Outdoor Pizza Oven to ensure that it burns cleanly and does not allow tar or soot to build up. This also works out less expensive, as drier fuel is more efficient and you should need to use less.
In addition to cooking, a log burning oven provides a lovely ambience for your gathering. The warmth will last long after the food has been consumed, ensuring you will feel comfortable well into the evening.
The oven has external dimensions of around one metre square, although it has rounded corners. Inside, the oven measures about 74cm wide and 80cm deep. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
