Shipping And Handling

We aim to make ordering your firewood logs and accessories as simple and hassle-free as possible, with clear delivery options and a reliable service you can trust and rely on. Whether you’re ordering a small top-up such as our 60 litre boot bag or a bulk delivery such as the crates, our team will arrange a convenient delivery time and make sure you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.

National Delivery

We offer free national delivery across our UK Firewood Logs range apart from in the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isle of Man due to additional charges we receive from the haulage company. We can still delivery to these locations however an additional £84 delivery charge will occur, and we will call you to take this extra payment.

For bulk deliveries we will send these on a square wooden pallet and provide kerbside delivery. Deliveries will be offloaded using a hydraulic tail lift and manual pallet truck. This means we will need to deliver onto a flat, level concrete surface and cannot lift the pallet over fences or move the pallet across a gravel driveway. Our customer service team call will call to arrange delivery and they will discuss the delivery process with you in detail and arrange a convenient day for delivery and understand the delivery location.

For smaller items, such as our wood wool firelighters, we aim to send these out within 2 business days via a courier service.

Local Deliveries in the Lincoln Area

For local firewood log orders of the small bags and bulk bags we aim to deliver these in person. This provides us a much more flexible service, giving you quicker delivery times - often same day delivery and we can provide more support with offloading. We are based in Lincoln so can provide delivery around the Lincolnshire area travelling as far as Boston and then up to Louth.

For pallet deliveries such as the crates, we will use a haulage company to assist with these.

Delivery Schedule

Once we receive your order our customer service team will call to arrange delivery on a day convenient for you. We provide delivery Monday to Friday, and you will receive email and text notifications on how your delivery is progressing plus a two-hour timeslot on the day.

Our customer service team will discuss the delivery with you to answer any questions on the delivery process and ensure we can deliver in a safe place on the day.

Back Orders

If your item is out of stock, you can either call our office and place a back order where we will be able to give you estimated delivery timescale and keep you updated on the status. Alternatively complete the 'request stock alert' short form on the site and we will email you when the stock comes back in.
