Our Mediterrani Outdoor Wood fired Oven is a traditional hand built brick oven. A simple design is employed proven over hundreds of years use using techniques that date back centuries.

Still handmade, the oven consists of special bricks and Refractory clays to ensure that it performs as you would expect and reach temperatures over 400 degrees C.

This outdoor wood oven is nearly 20cm thick in places and weighs in at around 400kg! You will need a few fit people to move it into place. Extremely strong and robust to ensure a long life to give you many years of outdoor cooking.

The oven is a massive 90cm and finished with tiles to the base and brick to the inside face of the oven. The door is in two parts and hinged to the main oven with a lovely brick surround to the oven door.

The Mediterrani Outdoor oven is assembled with a Steel Chimney and built in choke to open and cliose the chimney. Perfect for many styles of cooking. The chimney can also be extended to create effect and "air flow"
with a 4 inch flue from many DIY Stores or Plumb Centres.
